Façade Manager - Residential Construction
Location: Greater London
Salary: £70,000-£85,000 + vehicle/allowance, pension, depending on experience.
Role
Experienced Façade Manager required to oversee façade packages on residential construction projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage façade contractors, subcontractors and specialist trades.
- Oversee brickwork, cladding, render, insulation and associated façade systems.
- Coordinate façade works with the wider construction programme.
- Monitor quality, workmanship and compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Manage inspections, defects and remedial works.
- Coordinate with Site Management, Design and Commercial teams.
- Ensure H&S requirements and project standards are maintained.

- Minimum 5 years' residential construction experience, with strong façade experience.
- Proven experience managing façade packages and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of modern façade systems, detailing and interfaces.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage programme, quality and multiple trades.
- Full driving licence.
