Facade Project Manager – Guernsey

Please note: Although this role is advertised in Edinburgh, this role requires the successful candidate to live and work on the island of Guernsey.

We are working on behalf of an established main contractor with a strong and varied portfolio across Jersey and Guernsey, spanning education, hotel and leisure, residential, commercial and healthcare projects. As part of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Facade Project Manager to take ownership of facade packages across a range of live schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of facade packages from design development through to completion, including rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, and associated envelope systems
  • Coordinate specialist facade subcontractors, ensuring programme, quality, and commercial targets are met
  • Liaise closely with design teams, consultants, and site management to resolve technical and interface issues
  • Monitor health and safety compliance across facade works
  • Report on progress, risk, and programme to senior management
  • Support procurement and value engineering discussions relating to the building envelope

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
