The Role
We're looking for a Facebook Community Manager to bring our Group to life every day. Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you'll run daily posts, free games and competitions, chat with members, celebrate winners and host regular live draws. You'll own the day-to-day running of the Group, from moderation to the question bank, and help turn an engaged community into loyal Winamillion players.
The right person brings three things together: proven community instincts, real fluency with today's AI content tools, and a sharp eye on the numbers. Data-driven creativity is the job.
This is a hybrid role: you'll work remotely and join us in our London office for team days, planning sessions and launches.
This role would suit someone with a proven track record running and growing online communities, ideally going back before AI tools arrived. We'd want to see that you know how to get people talking, not just how to produce posts quickly. Experience with a brand, publisher, games or entertainment community will really help.
What You'll Do
- Run daily posts and free games in the Group, including Question of the Day, Daily Threes, Daily Nines and the Millionaire question game, with results posted the next morning.
- Run competitions and our weekly free-entry draw, and announce winners back in the Group to close the loop.
- Chat with members every day: reply to comments and messages, spark conversation and make everyone feel welcome.
- Host weekly live draws in a regular slot, and help trial new social game formats with members.
- Moderate the Group fairly and consistently, keeping it friendly, safe and on-brand.
- Build and manage the question bank and a content calendar, including seasonal runs such as Christmas.
- Work with the Marketing Manager on paid growth, sign-up journeys and new launches such as Pools and the 1% live show.
- Track and report weekly on members, weekly active %, comments per post and members registering on the site.
- Champion responsible play: 18+ and free-entry messaging, no misleading claims, and safer-play signposting where needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Hands-on with current AI content tools: video, graphics, copy and replies, well beyond chat assistants
- Confident with Facebook and Meta Business Suite, including Groups, Lives and insights.
- Confident with reporting: tracking members, engagement and sign-ups weekly, and using the numbers to decide what to post next.
- Calm and fair when handling complaints or tricky conversations in public.
