Salary: £28,957.50 plus commission and tips
This role is a key contributor to the promotion and influence of our Brand. As part of Facespace, you will deliver innovative, results-driven facial treatments and consultations that form an essential component of the Champneys guest experience.
Facespace offers a facial-fitness concept designed to tone, lift and sculpt facial muscles through dynamic manual techniques, advanced tools and [comfort zone] formulations. You will remain highly knowledgeable in skincare, Champneys protocols and Face Space service offerings, ensuring each guest receives a personalised and visible-results-focused facial journey.
Your expertise will elevate the guest experience, support the spa team and ensure exceptional standards are consistently achieved.
Main duties and responsibilities
- To perform Facespace facial treatments in line with Champneys, brand-specific and Facespace protocols.
- To conduct thorough skin consultations, analysis and treatment planning based on client goals and lifestyle.
- To confidently recommend appropriate treatments, add-ons and aftercare.
- To promote retail products and provide personalised home-care routines to maximise treatment results.
- To deliver an exceptional guest journey, including consultation, treatment, aftercare and escorting guests to and from waiting areas.
- To liaise professionally and constructively with the management team and reception regarding treatment changes, special requests or guest needs.
- To demonstrate flexibility with working hours, duties and shift patterns to support the smooth operation of the Spa and Face Space.
- To attend all required training to maintain expert knowledge of protocols, skincare brands, tools and facial techniques.
- To support demonstrations, events and experiential activations that showcase Facespace expertise and brand values.
- To ensure all equipment, devices and treatment areas are hygienic, safe and fully operational, reporting defects to maintenance via the Spa Manager.
- To adhere to all Health & Safety regulations relating to skincare products, tools and treatment delivery.
