Facilitate world-changing virtual corporate impact events ⭐️

We exist to enable anyone, anywhere to make change anytime. We do that by connecting impact startups with remote volunteers to supercharge their impact.

Since launching our platform 6 years ago, we have built a community of over 50,000 ChangeMakers supercharging our more than 1000 impact startups across the world.

We are a 100% virtual company so all positions can be carried out remotely. All of our team is mainly powered by volunteers and you will be joining a diverse team based in different countries. You will be supervised by your respective team lead.

Change Day Facilitator

Change Days are online volunteering events where We Make Change Startups get 3 hours of strategic support from remote corporate volunteers with the skills and experience they need. As a Facilitator, you will be matched with a startup ahead of the Change Day. You will be working with the startup during a briefing call to prepare them for the Change Day. At the Change Day itself, you will be working with that impact startup and a group of corporate volunteers in a breakout room virtually.

The corporate volunteers will have skills that are relevant for the support that the startup needs. Your task is to ensure a successful experience for both of these parties. At Change Days, there are typically 4+ startups taking part with one facilitator per startup, meaning that you will be working with a whole delivery team at We Make Change. Over 1,000 employees from dozens of companies, including Standard Chartered, Coca-Cola and PA Consulting, have taken part in Change Days, delivering over $1m of impact to 300+ impact startups so far. We Make Change will provide relevant induction and resources to set you up for success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
