Type: Full-time, Temporary 12 month Fixed Term Staff Contract
Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in the office

As a Facilitator Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our workshops, programmes and learning experiences are delivered seamlessly by connecting the right facilitator to the right customer opportunity at the right time.
Working as part of our Supply Chain Department, you'll collaborate with colleagues across Sales and Customer Experience, as well as our global community of Associate Consultants and Faculty, to enable outstanding delivery experiences that create meaningful impact for our customers.

Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
Facilitator Matching & Scheduling
- Source and schedule Associate Consultants and Faculty for virtual and in-person learning experiences.
- Match facilitator expertise, availability, language capability and customer requirements.
- Balance customer needs, regional considerations and facilitator utilisation.
Delivery Readiness
- Coordinate delivery logistics to ensure every engagement is fully prepared.
- Raise Statements of Work and Purchase Orders.
- Ensure facilitators are briefed, informed and equipped for successful delivery.
Regional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Customer Experience and Sales teams.
- Stay ahead of upcoming customer activity and changing priorities.
- Proactively adjust plans to ensure smooth delivery.
Facilitator Support
- Act as a key point of contact for facilitators within your region.
- Resolve queries efficiently and provide timely updates.
- Contribute to a positive and professional facilitator experience.
Onboarding Coordination
- Support the onboarding of new facilitators.
- Ensure access to systems, processes and delivery resources.
- Help new facilitators build confidence and connection from day one.

Data & Platform Management
- Maintain accurate facilitator information across multiple platforms, including D365, SharePoint and Teams.
- Ensure data quality supports effective planning, reporting and decision-making.
Commercial Administration
- Process facilitator expenses accurately and efficiently.
- Support financial tracking and reporting activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve value and cost effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement
- Look for smarter ways of working.
- Contribute ideas that improve scheduling, regional consistency and facilitator experience.
- Help shape scalable, efficient coordination processes.

- Facilitators report a positive, professional and supportive experience.
- Scheduling and delivery information is accurate, up to date and reliable.

- Customer satisfaction remains high through seamless delivery and strong facilitator preparation.
- Process improvements create greater efficiency, consistency and impact.
- Facilitator spend is managed effectively while maintaining quality outcomes.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Experience coordinating schedules, resources, projects or events in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Experience working with business systems, databases or CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A customer-centric approach and passion for delivering great experiences.
