Role Overview
We are looking for UK based volunteer facilitators to support our wonderful charity by helping run online meetings, webinars, and Zoom sessions. This role supports speakers, the community, volunteers, and attendees and helps ensure sessions run smoothly, accessibly, and on time.

What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities
- Host and support Zoom, Teams or occasionally Eventbright meetings and webinars
- Welcome attendees and support inclusive participation safely
- Manage waiting rooms, chat, Q and A where needed
- Support speakers and presenters
- Ability to self-initiate meetings and lead at times
- Help with basic technical issues during sessions
- Support a safe, respectful, and accessible environment
- Administration of pre and post event
