We're looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator to support the smooth running of a busy professional services office. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing facilities enquiries and maintaining shared inboxes.
- Coordinating contractors, suppliers, and internal requests.
- Maintaining records, spreadsheets, and office systems.
- Ordering office supplies and processing invoices.
- Supporting new joiner administration and office projects.

About you:
- Experience in a similar facilities admin role within a professional office environment.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a professional manner.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
