Facilities Administrator Location: Daventry Salary: £30,000–£35,000 DOE Hours: Monday–Friday, office-based

About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Facilities Administrator to support the smooth running of our office and operational site. This is a varied, hands-on role covering facilities, maintenance, suppliers, Health & Safety, fleet and general administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities, maintenance and building requirements.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers and service providers.
  • Arrange planned and reactive maintenance, servicing and inspections.
  • Maintain facilities, compliance, contractor and maintenance records.
  • Support Health & Safety administration, audits, fire safety, PPE and workplace checks.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, post, deliveries and meeting rooms.
  • Support company fleet administration, including servicing, MOTs and repairs.
  • Assist with office projects, events and general business administration.
  • Monitor outstanding facilities issues and ensure they are followed through to completion.
  • Support purchasing, quotations and supplier invoices.

About You

  • Previous experience in facilities, office administration or business support.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident dealing with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Proactive, practical and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Facilities, Health & Safety, fleet or engineering/manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
