Job Title

This is a busy administrative role that is an integral part of the Facilities team. You will be required to assist in manning the Facilities Helpdesk, fielding calls from our offices and managing the issues and requests that come in. This could be through coordinating external contractors, or our internal Facilities Assistants. You will also be part of the team visiting our offices throughout London on a weekly basis to ensure that every office maintains the high standards demanded of a Dexters office.

Location: Clapham Junction

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm - office based full time

Key Responsibilities

  • First line Facilities Helpdesk response
  • Manage Maintenance Assistants workload and schedules
  • Carry out office inspections, complete action plans and make recommendations where necessary
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of all Facilities operational activities. Assist the delivery and supervision of planned maintenance and repairs to our offices
  • Ensure offices meet all H&S requirements and comply with all relevant legislation
  • Work with Facilities project team & IT team on office moves, new acquisitions and new offices
  • Deliver a 5 Star customer experience

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast paced administrative role
  • Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability
  • Flexible and able to deal with a wide range of activities and tasks
  • Have ability to prioritise work and to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic ‘nothing is too much trouble’ approach
  • Driving license and own car

Skills

  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner
  • Experience of using Helpdesk management software packages an advantage
  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across our vast property portfolio
  • Have the ability to build relationships with our office teams and MD’s
  • Good communication and team player
  • Ability to problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Keen eye for detail
