Facilities Administrator – Milton Keynes

£32,000 | Full-time, Permanent | Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00 40 Hours a week.

Join Anabas, a leading national Facilities Management company, as a Facilities Administrator supporting our Workplace Services team.

You’ll provide essential administrative support across facilities coordination, contractor management, compliance, reporting, systems, records and financial administration, helping ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery.

What you’ll bring

  • Previous administration experience, ideally in Facilities Management or Workplace Services
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence working with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams
  • A proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities

Important: You must hold a current SIA licence or be able to successfully complete the required vetting to obtain one.
