About The Role…

Looking for a new challenge? This is a great opportunity to join the Facilities team at Stoneacre Head Office, Thorne in a varied, practical role that helps keep our workplace running smoothly every day.

You will provide essential administrative support, work with colleagues and service providers across a range of activities and gain broader experience of Facilities operations.

The role offers a chance to build on your existing knowledge of the company, develop your administrative skills and make a visible contribution to the day-to-day employee experience.

An average day as a Facilities Administrator…

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Facilities team, helping priorities stay organised and on track.
  • Monitor the EV back-office system and promptly report faults or operational issues.
  • Order EV charging cards and process related supplier invoices.
  • Maintain accurate departmental spreadsheets, records and databases.
  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Order stationery, office supplies and departmental equipment.
  • Liaise with service providers and follow up actions to support timely resolutions.
  • Provide reception cover during annual leave and other periods of absence.
  • Support Facilities colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks and other reasonable duties as required.

About You…

We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and proactive, with a genuine willingness to support the team. You do not need to be a Facilities specialist - strong administrative skills, attention to detail and a positive, flexible approach are key.

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to prioritise your workload and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive, flexible approach and a willingness to help where needed.
