You will be Facilities and Front Desk Coordinator based at Woodchester House, Newforge Lane. Taking the lead in Facilities and H&S, liaising with Landlords and other 3rd parties involved with PowerNI/Energia Group offices in the Newforge Lane Business park along with managing day-to-day activities and greeting customers in a professional manner.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to utilise their skills within a dynamic corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker proactive in problem solving, dependable, professional and empathetic with excellent collaboration and communication skills and a background in facilities, building on Power NI’s reputation for delivering excellent customer service.

What you'll need

  • Previous experience in similar Office Management, Facilities, or HSE role.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing relationships with third parties such as landlords and/or service providers.
  • Experience in supporting Health & Safety activities, including documentation management and contractor coordination e.g. exposure to permits to work/RAMS etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, or finance systems such as SAP.
