About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Facilities and Site Maintenance Technician to join our team, to help keep our Wyton site running safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for general building, electrical, and plumbing maintenance – ensuring our busy site stays in top condition every day.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Take ownership of general maintenance and facilities issues across the site.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on building systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, fire safety).
- Perform routine inspections and statutory checks, including fire alarms and emergency lighting.
- Manage small repairs, refurbishments, and ground maintenance.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors, obtaining quotes and managing works.
- Maintain stock levels, order consumables, and keep accurate maintenance records.
- Ensure full health & safety compliance and promote safe working practices at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in property or building maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload.
- Basic IT skills for logging jobs and maintaining records.
