What you’ll achieve
- Keep shared areas (kitchens, coffee bar and meeting rooms) stocked, tidy and ready for use
- Own day to day food and drink provisioning: placing orders (e.g. Sainsbury's), unpacking deliveries, rotating stock, and keeping storage organised
- Support daily office hygiene routines (e.g. dishwasher runs, waste and general housekeeping tasks)
- Help with onboarding logistics: liaising with our landlords, supporting first day office tours, and setting up basics like access cards and photos where needed
- Coordinate with suppliers and our landlord site team (e.g. post/couriers, canteen headcount comms, coffee bar maintenance & callouts, plants)
- Carry out simple, repeatable maintenance tasks and checks and raise/escalate issues promptly
- Support request handling by monitoring facilities requests and helping triage and action straightforward tasks
- Provide day-to-day support to the Facilities Coordinator and Facilities Manager, helping the wider team stay on top of priorities
About you
- Dependable and approachable, and take pride in keeping things running well
- Strong organisation and delivery — comfortable multi-tasking, managing procurement and deliveries, and a steady flow of small requests from around the business
- A practical, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck into hands-on tasks
- Confident communicating with peers and suppliers
- Excellent problem solving skills

- This is a full time opportunity, working Monday to Friday in our Cambridge HQ. We are also open to discussing part-time options for this position.
