Facilities Administrator
We have a new opportunity for an Facilities Administrator to join our dedicated team in Wallingford.
As an Facilities Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation of our office whilst providing facilities/administrative support to the Senior Office Manager.

Please note: This role is based in our Wallingford office 5 days per week, Monday–Friday.
Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring kitchen and bathrooms are kept organised and well stocked - there will be a considerable amount of manual handling.
- Taking charge of managing the cleanliness of client meeting rooms.
- Assisting with stationery orders.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
- Administration of security passes.
- Performing other ad hoc related duties as required.
Requirements
- Two year’s experience in a facilities administration role would be an advantage.
- Good Microsoft Office Skills – Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Have a flexible approach to work and be a self starter.
- A working knowledge of health and safety would be an advantage but not essential.
- Must be able to be onsite 5 days a week and easily commutable to Wallingford.
