Facilities Assistant
The Facilities Assistant will support the Facilities Manager in the effective management, maintenance and safe operation of Kiplin Hall, the Grade 1 listed Hall, Grade 2 listed ancillary buildings and rental properties owned by Kiplin.
The role will support the planning and delivery of planned and cyclical maintenance, coordination of emergency and reactive works, assist with contractor management, estate monitoring and the implementation and of appropriate health and safety policies, procedures and records.
Working closely with the Facilities Manager, staff team, contractors and external specialists, the post-holder will help ensure that the estate is well maintained, safe, compliant and operated effectively. The role will also provide practical support with the care and development of the wider estate and grounds as required.

Post: Facilities Assistant
Dates: This is a one-year fixed term post from the start date
Location: Kiplin Hall, near Scorton, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 6AT
Salary: £28,000 pro rata (£11,200 per annum)
Hours of work: 16 per week flexible, schedule to be agreed with line manager
Responsible to: Facilities Manager
