Facilities Assistant – Professional Services

Central London | £32,000–£37,000 depending on experience | 5 days in office | Immediate start

We are working with a highly regarded global professional services firm in Central London to recruit a Facilities Assistant to join their office operations team.

This is a hands-on and varied role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy, professional office environment. You’ll be involved across a broad range of facilities and office support responsibilities, from coordinating contractors and managing post and deliveries through to responding to day-to-day facilities requests and ensuring the office is consistently running to a high standard.

They are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and happy to get involved. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change throughout the day and where providing a responsive, high-quality service to colleagues is important.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
