Job Opportunity

Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced and adaptable Facilities Assistant to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in the St James Square area of London. You will be in a client-facing role and required to provide a 5-star customer experience.

Job Requirements

It is critical that the job holder demonstrates professionalism, flexibility, ownership, and responsibility for attending to the client’s needs on site.

Responsibilities

  • Facilities administration
  • Supporting with front of house duties, ensuring that all guests receive a 5-star service
  • Coordinating day to day facilities tasks, as directed by the Facilities Manager
  • Meeting room and catering management
  • Identifying areas of improvement in delivery of the services and processes; implementing change as required
  • Ensuring customer service is at the heart of the way the FM services are delivered
  • Working closely with the on-site teams to ensure all aspects of performance targets are met and all works are carried out effectively, efficiently, and in a safe manner
  • Supporting operational statutory compliance and completion of PPM works on site
  • Dealing with reactive situations and managing incident reports as necessary

You will be required to pass a high level of financial services security vetting for this role, including:

  • Criminal check
  • 6-year Employment check
  • 6-year Address check
  • Sanctions Watch List including political Exposed Person
  • Financial Check

Working Hours

This is a full-time, permanent position.

  • Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • 40 hours per week
