Facilities Associate
Up to £55k, depending on experience

The Client:
A leading global alternative investment firm are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Facilities Associate to join their London team on a fixed-term basis, supporting facilities and office services.
The Role:
- Acting as the go-to contact for all facilities queries, ensuring every request is handled quickly and with a friendly, service-led approach
- Overseeing the daily flow of post and deliveries, and chasing up any courier issues
- Keeping the office well-stocked, placing orders and building good relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Carrying out first-line checks on office equipment and arranging repairs where needed
- Preparing high-quality printed materials for meetings and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Getting the office ready for meetings, events and new starters, and helping coordinate any office moves
- Supporting the team on Health & Safety, including organising first aid training and wellbeing schemes
- Looking after building access and security records, and keeping office layouts up to date

The Candidate:
- Solid background in Corporate Services or Facilities, ideally within a corporate or financial services environment
- Knowledge of buildings, maintenance and managing third party contractors
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Comfortable with light manual handling (lifting up to approx. 23kg)

Additional Information
- Fixed-term contract up until summer 2027
- Up to £55k per annum equivalent depending on experience, pro-rata
- Fully office-based in London office
- Reporting to the Head of Facilities
