Your Responsibilities
Pipeline Management & Governance
- Manage and monitor the flow of opportunities through facilities.
- Validate opportunities against agreed facility eligibility criteria.
- Track pipeline progression, ageing, bottlenecks, and outstanding actions.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of opportunities and outcomes.
- Escalate delays or issues where required and support the delivery of agreed service standards.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Produce regular management information and performance reports.
- Track conversion rates, utilisation, retention, and premium performance.
- Track and monitor placement outcomes across facilities.
- Analyse trends and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
- Report back to leadership and stakeholders on placement outcomes and facility performance.
- Support quarterly business reviews and performance discussions with insurer partners.
Relationship Management
- Build strong working relationships internally with brokers, placement teams, client service teams, and business leaders.
- Act as a key point of contact for facility-related enquiries.
- Promote understanding and appropriate utilisation of facilities across the business.
- Develop productive relationships with insurer underwriting and distribution teams.
- Coordinate engagement activity and maintain clear stakeholder communication.

Insurer Engagement
- Arrange and coordinate insurer meetings and review sessions.
- Prepare agendas, performance packs, presentations, and discussion materials.
- Track actions arising from insurer meetings and ensure follow-up activity is completed.
- Support the ongoing development of insurer and capacity partner relationships.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve facility utilisation, data quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Assist with reporting, data, and process improvement initiatives.
- Help standardise pipeline reporting, governance, and review processes.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance client and business outcomes.
Qualifications
Essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capability.
- Ability to interpret information and identify trends.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commercial awareness and results-focused mindset.

Experience
- Experience in an analytical, operational, account management, business support, or project coordination role.
- Experience producing management information, reports, or business insights.
- Experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable
- Experience within insurance, financial services, or professional services.
- Experience preparing management reports, presentations, or business reviews.
- Familiarity with CRM, reporting, or workflow management tools.
Not Essential
- Technical insurance qualifications, detailed underwriting knowledge, or previous placement/broking experience. Training and support will be provided.
