At Red Bull Technology Group, our Facilities team plays a vital role in creating an environment where people can perform at their best. We're looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Coordinator to join the team and help ensure our operations run seamlessly.

From coordinating administrative processes and supporting key facilities projects to building strong relationships across the business, you'll be at the heart of keeping things moving. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising departmental purchase orders
  • Data input and administration
  • Managing employee uniform distribution, stock, and enquiries
  • Supporting the Facilities helpdesk and assigning tasks to service teams
  • Accurately recording biometric data and assigning access permissions for employees

About You:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Customer-focused with a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Previous experience in Facilities or Contractor Management is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
