Facilities Cleaner
Pinnacle Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Facilities Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness at our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Pinnacle Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester, ST14.
About Pinnacle Workplace
Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering, and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education, and office environments.
Your Role
Your role will involve cleaning the on-site staff facilities, including toilet blocks, changing rooms, shower cubicles, and canteens. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
We are offering a Permanent Contract x 37 ½ hours working Monday to Friday, 7 am – 3 pm.

Who We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities
- Damp & spot mopping, dusting & polishing of surfaces to clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces
- Cleaning toilet facilities, hand basins, and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
- Removal of waste from internal litter bins
- To keep the canteen/coffee points clean and tidy at all times
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment and materials in accordance with health & safety and COSHH regulations.

Key Requirements
- Experience in cleaning services and cleaning equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
- Experience working to tight schedules.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
