Job Description
Job Title: Facilities Co-Ordinator
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Glasgow
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Industry: Health & Nutrition, Life Science

What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in keeping our Glasgow site running smoothly, supporting everything from facilities and maintenance activities to compliance and contractor management. Working closely with laboratory, quality, and operational teams, you'll help create a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment that enables our scientists to deliver high-quality work for our clients.

- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and contractor visits
- Support building, laboratory, and equipment-related activities
- Raise purchase orders and manage facility-related procurement
- Assist with GMP/GLP compliance, SOPs, inspections, CAPAs, and documentation
- Help ensure high standards of health & safety, security, and business continuity
- Work closely with site teams to continuously improve facilities and operations
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Experience in facilities, maintenance, compliance, or a regulated environment
- Strong organisation, communication, and IT skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate contractors
- Experience with procurement, health & safety, or facilities activities is beneficial
