The Facilities Co-ordinator supports the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of Ovarro’s Chesterfield, Eckington, and Denmead sites. The role coordinates facilities activity, maintenance, contractors, site services, and related administration, working with Site Leaders, Operations, QHSE, IT, HR, and external suppliers to keep each site operational, well-maintained, and audit-ready.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as the facilities coordination point for Chesterfield, Eckington, and Denmead.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, statutory inspections, servicing, and site repairs.
- Maintain facilities schedules, records, compliance evidence, and supplier documentation.
- Support health, safety, environmental, security, and business continuity requirements.
- Manage approved contractors and facilities suppliers, ensuring work is safe, documented, and completed effectively.
- Raise and track purchase requests, orders, and invoices for facilities goods and services.
- Monitor site issues, defects, and improvement actions through to closure.
- Support site moves, workplace changes, housekeeping, and general operational support.

Experience and Work Achievements
- Experience in facilities coordination, maintenance coordination, site administration, or office management.
- Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across more than one site.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, service schedules, and compliance evidence.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, technology, or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
