We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Facilities and Asset Management Team, who will support the team by ensuring all legal, lease and compliance documentation for our commercial properties is maintained, up to date and easily accessible.

With a wide reach of administrative duties, you will have variety to your day.

  • Liaising with solicitors, landlords and customers to obtain missing documentation
  • Tracking and scheduling renewals for Gas Safety certificates, Legionella Risk Assessments
  • Assisting with scheduling assessments and inspections with our contractors

About You

  • Already a strong administrator, you will have strong attention to detail and accuracy in your record keeping.
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to complete basic financial administration skills.
  • Knowledge of property compliance and health and safety regulations is preferred but full training will be given to the right candidate.
