We are seeking an experienced Facilities, Compliance & Office Manager to join our GF Building Flow Solutions (Uponor LTD) UK team. The role will lead the day-to-day management of our UK office environment, compliance programmes, quality systems and workplace operations.

This is a broad and varied role with responsibility for facilities management, health & safety, ISO management systems, supplier and customer compliance, IT coordination, fleet administration and office operations.

Working closely with UK Leadership and key stakeholders, you will ensure the business operates safely, efficiently and in compliance with company, customer and regulatory requirements, while delivering a positive and effective workplace environment.

What will you be doing?

Compliance & Quality Management

  • Manage industry accreditations and customer compliance requirements including Achilles, CHAS, Constructionline and customer pre-qualification schemes
  • Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems and support ISO 45001 requirements
  • Coordinate internal and supplier audits and ensure corrective actions are completed
  • Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) and develop UK-specific policies, procedures and processes

Health & Safety

  • Coordinate H&S compliance, risk assessments, training records and safety documentation
  • Manage fire safety systems, drills, alarm testing, extinguisher maintenance, PAT testing and legionella monitoring
  • Conduct DSE assessments, accident investigations and monitor driver safety compliance
  • Manage PPE, first aid provisions, contractor safety and office/site safety requirements

Facilities & Office Management

  • Oversee office facilities, maintenance and workplace services including cleaners, security, waste, utilities, archive storage, air conditioning and plant services
  • Manage supplier contracts and service providers
  • Act as keyholder and primary liaison with landlords, business park management and contractors
  • Coordinate repairs, office moves, signage, workplace improvements and day-to-day office operations

IT, Systems & Onboarding

  • Provide first-line coordination for IT equipment, mobile phones and user support
  • Manage IT asset inventories and liaise with external IT support providers
  • Administer SharePoint access, SAP Concur and company credit card processes
  • Deliver onboarding training covering IT systems, health & safety, vehicles and company processes

Fleet, Events & Business Support

  • Coordinate with fleet management company on administration including vehicles, licence checks, fuel cards and driver documentation
  • Support management reporting, meetings, audits and business compliance activities
  • Organise all staff events, conferences, travel, accommodation and visitor arrangements

What will you need?

  • IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualifications are essential
  • Internal Auditor qualifications are desirable
  • Experience in facilities, office management, compliance, H&S or business operations
  • Working knowledge of ISO management systems and auditing processes
  • Strong contractor, supplier and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong Microsoft 365 and general IT systems knowledge
