A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Facilities Co-Ordinator, to commence a new role in Bristol.

This opportunity is in relation to a well-known, prestigious mixed-use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure, and Infrastructure elements.

Your new company are a large global group, operating across multiple sectors and industries. My client's development arm are the subsidiary of the organisation recruiting for this role.
Duties Will Include
- Supporting the Estates Operations Manager in the delivery of facilities management, maintenance, compliance, and workplace services across occupied buildings and operational assets.
- Taking responsibility for contractor-led maintenance activities, statutory compliance coordination, and the delivery of small facilities projects.
- Providing operational support to the Property Manager across my client's completed property portfolio.
