About Us

At Imperial London Hotels, we want to put London experiences and memorable stays within everyone's reach. Behind every guest experience is a dedicated support team working hard to keep our operations running smoothly.

We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Little Bill Laundry, our commercial laundry facility that supports hotels across the Imperial London family.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, enjoys solving practical problems, and wants to play an important role in keeping our facility safe, clean and efficient.

As Facilities Coordinator, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day presentation, cleanliness and maintenance of our laundry facility. You'll help ensure the site remains safe, compliant and operating to the highest standards.

  • Planning and carrying out facility cleaning and sanitation schedules
  • Managing waste removal and essential facility consumables
  • Completing minor repairs, painting and general maintenance tasks
  • Monitoring facility standards and proactively identifying areas for improvement
  • Supporting maintenance engineers and contractors on planned and reactive works
  • Managing facility inventories, equipment records and COSHH documentation
  • Conducting routine facility inspections and reporting issues
  • Operating industrial cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers and buffers
  • Maintaining safe chemical storage and handling practices

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
