As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Operations Executive to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain hands-on experience in business operations within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

The Role

As a Junior Operations Executive, you will support the Operations Team with the day-to-day running of our office portfolio. You will gain exposure to all aspects of operations, learning the fundamentals of facilities management, supplier coordination, health & safety compliance, customer service, and workplace management. This role offers excellent career development opportunities for someone who is organised, proactive, and keen to build a long-term career in operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Team with general day-to-day operational activities across multiple office locations
  • Assist with office inspections and ensure communal areas are maintained to a high standard
  • Assist with coordinating and monitor maintenance requests, reporting issues and tracking resolutions
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers as required
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of clients and occupiers
  • Support health & safety compliance processes, including record keeping and site checks
  • Maintain accurate operational records, inventories, and documentation
  • Help manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Respond to client requests and operational queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with workspace setup, meeting room preparations, and event support where required
  • Conduct regular site visits across the portfolio to identify operational improvements
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as the business grows

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
