About The Role

Access Creative College has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and engaged Facilities Coordinator to join our Bristol Campus.

Our students benefit from high-quality, industry-focused facilities, including game development labs, Music and Media Mac labs, a fully equipped recording studio, live room, live performance space and rehearsal rooms. Maintaining these spaces to a high standard is essential to creating an outstanding environment for learning, creativity and development.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will support the Area Facilities Manager in coordinating day-to-day facilities operations across four Bristol campuses for Access Creative College and dBs Institute. You will act as a key on-site facilities contact across the estate, helping to ensure our campuses are safe, compliant, secure, well-maintained and welcoming for students, staff and visitors.

You will be someone who:

  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Takes a practical and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Is confident coordinating contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Has excellent attention to detail and takes ownership of tasks.
  • Can work independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
  • Is responsive, approachable and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Takes pride in maintaining safe, secure, compliant and high-quality environments.
  • Is comfortable working across multiple campus locations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
