About The Role
Access Creative College has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and engaged Facilities Coordinator to join our Bristol Campus.
Our students benefit from high-quality, industry-focused facilities, including game development labs, Music and Media Mac labs, a fully equipped recording studio, live room, live performance space and rehearsal rooms. Maintaining these spaces to a high standard is essential to creating an outstanding environment for learning, creativity and development.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will support the Area Facilities Manager in coordinating day-to-day facilities operations across four Bristol campuses for Access Creative College and dBs Institute. You will act as a key on-site facilities contact across the estate, helping to ensure our campuses are safe, compliant, secure, well-maintained and welcoming for students, staff and visitors.
You will be someone who:
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Takes a practical and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
- Is confident coordinating contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes ownership of tasks.
- Can work independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
- Is responsive, approachable and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Takes pride in maintaining safe, secure, compliant and high-quality environments.
- Is comfortable working across multiple campus locations.
