Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

Customer Service

  • Deliver excellent customer service to meet client expectations.
  • Build and develop effective relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Support reception by covering breaks and absence as required by the RFM/Client.

Site Operations

  • Ensure issues highlighted through site inspections or customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Manage assigned Work Orders received via Corrigo platform.
  • Ensure we are delivering client KPIs as identified within the agreed LCA (Local Country Agreement).
  • Keep accurate and update records of health & safety files plan.
  • Process and control purchase orders, invoices, and work orders.
  • Provide cover for the Facilities Lead during periods of absence.
  • Support the completion of reports and documentation to meet required deadlines.
  • Carry out regular site inspections and log any issue on helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Visit sites and properties in accordance with the site visit programme issued by the RFM.

Facilities (property/portfolio) Management

  • Supporting the RFM and Facilities Lead to:
  • Ensure we are delivering client KPIs as identified within the agreed MSA (Master Service Agreement.
  • Ensure that on-site management of the properties is undertaken in accordance with JLLs policies.
  • Regularly liaise with occupiers and be the principal point of contact for advice and guidance in connection with the day-to-day physical operation of the building(s).
  • Assist Facilities Lead in the setting and controlling of service charge budgets, quarterly variance reporting and reconciliation to agreed accounting practices.
  • Perform minor housekeeping tasks, such as painting, furniture set up, cable management, etc.
  • Establish and maintain proper site records in accordance with best practice rules.
  • Visit sites and properties in accordance with the site visit programme issued by the facilities Lead.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Solid stakeholder management skills and an ability to understand business ideas.
  • Previous experience working for a company within the property industry or from a similar business line, with client facing experience or from a corporate FM background.
  • Experience in housekeeping, construction, building mechanical systems.
  • Strong organisation skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Driven to achieve results.
