Our client, a highly regarded firm based in Manchester, is seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional workplace support.

The successful candidate will be based on-site Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm) and will have a friendly, approachable, and flexible attitude, with a hands-on approach to facilities and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming reception.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support the scheduling of meetings and events.
  • Ensure all meeting arrangements are in place, including room setup and catering where required.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Maintain office supplies, ensuring stationery, printers, and other essential resources are fully stocked.
  • Hand-deliver and collect confidential documents as required.
  • Carry out filing, archiving, photocopying, and scanning of documents.
  • Report building maintenance and facilities issues to the appropriate teams and monitor progress.
  • Conduct regular floor walks to ensure the office environment is safe, tidy, and well maintained.
  • Set up meeting rooms and assist with office moves or reconfigurations when necessary.
  • Process and reconcile facilities-related invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
