Facilities Coordinator - Weeks

£13.00 per hour (£10,140 annually) | 15 hours per week | Home

At Moto, we're committed to keeping the UK's motorway services running smoothly 24/7. We're now looking for a reliable and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities Support Centre team on weekends, helping ensure our sites receive the support they need when it matters most.

Why Join Us?

  • Potential bonus of up to 10%
  • Inclusive discounts—up to 60% off for you, your partner, family, and friends at major brands
  • Enhanced benefits—maternity, paternity, pension, sick pay, and life assurance
  • Training and development—funded qualifications and career growth opportunities
  • Recognition—celebrating success with rewards, from a simple ‘Thank you’ to awards

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As our Weekend Facilities Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for urgent facilities issues and emergency callouts across our network during weekends and public holidays. Working independently, you'll coordinate responses, liaise with contractors and site teams, and ensure critical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
