Join the team building precision performance technology trusted around the world. At Racelogic, we are a global technology company trusted by automotive manufacturers, motorsport teams, aerospace innovators, and other technology pioneers worldwide. Headquartered in Buckingham, UK, with offices in the US, Germany, and France, we employ over 140 people and supply customers in more than 100 countries. Our success has been built on a culture of openness, autonomy and genuine investment in our people.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to play a key role in the day-to-day running of Racelogic’s Buckingham site.

Role Summary

The Facilities Coordinator looks after the day-to-day running of Racelogic’s Buckingham site, keeping the building safe, well maintained and working smoothly for our employees. They are the first point of contact for facilities queries, coordinate contractors and planned and reactive maintenance, and keep facilities records, supplier accounts and spend in good order. Alongside this, the role provides wider operational support to the business, covering internal stock requests, business travel, the company vehicle fleet, and the practical side of new starter onboarding and leaver processing. Working closely with the Head of Purchasing and Administration, the Facilities Coordinator resolves everyday issues independently, escalates anything beyond the role’s authority promptly, and acts as a helpful, reliable point of contact for staff on all of these matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
