Role Profile
- Reports to: Facilities & Compliance Manager
- Location: Glasgow, office based
- Salary: Dependent on experience
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Role Overview
With a service-oriented mindset and the customer’s best interest at heart, as a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our retail stores across the United Kingdom, Europe, and Canada. You will join a team where your role will be vital to the success of the operation, so being collaborative is essential.

- Do you enjoy being able to use your initiative to run projects and identify opportunities through new tasks?

What does a typical day sound like?
- You will offer retail stores fast, consistent, and high-quality support.
- You will be responsible for raising repair and maintenance jobs across the retail stores and Head Office.
- You will be responsible for the logging, tracking, and reporting of all maintenance issues.
- You will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance across stores and Head Office.
- Other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
