Job Title: Facilities Duty Manager (Mainly Nights)

Responsibilities

  • To provide a full range of support services to the Trust, covering an out of hours rota.
  • Management of all Facilities services, outside of normal working hours, ensuring quality services are delivered in compliance with relevant service specification and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure the continuous delivery of services and respond to service failures in a timely manner.
  • To act as key contact for all operational issues, concerns and service failures, responding to and resolving such issues in a professional and timely manner.

About the Role

A vacancy has arisen for a Facilities Duty Manager (Mainly Nights) to oversee a range of facility services within CHS at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, joining a large and dedicated team.

Working Hours

  • To provide a full range of support services to the Trust.
  • Please note the hours of work are Monday to Sunday 6.00pm - 6.00am with occasional weekend cover involved.

Calderdale and Huddersfield Solutions Ltd (CHS) provides estates, facilities and procurement services to our partner organisation Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT) and other customers.
