Are you a hands-on engineer who thrives on keeping critical facilities and infrastructure running at peak performance?

We're partnering with a well-established global healthcare manufacturer to recruit a Facilities Engineer for their South Wales site. This is an opportunity to join a business whose products make a real difference to patients worldwide, whilst playing a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of a complex manufacturing environment.

You'll work across a wide range of facilities and utilities, from managing essential site services and engineering projects to driving continuous improvement initiatives and coordinating specialist contractors. The position offers excellent visibility across the business, working closely with engineering, operations, quality, and EHS teams to deliver site-wide improvements.

This role would suit someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, influencing operational performance, and working in a regulated manufacturing environment where quality and reliability are paramount.

What You'll Bring

  • Facilities, utilities, or building services engineering experience
  • Exposure to manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar regulated environments
  • Knowledge of HVAC, compressed air, site infrastructure, and building services
  • Experience managing contractors and maintenance activities
  • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
