Job Description

We're looking for a Facilities Executive to join our centre management team in West Midlands to support in creating a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the centre, ensuring the highest standards of facilities management, health & safety, security and environmental compliance are maintained. You will act as a first point of contact for facilities-related issues, coordinate audits and emergency response planning, support risk management initiatives, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an extraordinary environment for our guests, brand partners and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Facilities Management experience within a commercial environment.
  • IOSH qualification.
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 (ISO 14001 is advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications.
