Facilities Helpdesk Advisor
Full Time | 37.5 hours per week
Help keep every service safe, ready and running.
Behind every welcoming Change Grow Live service is a facilities team making sure our buildings work as they should.
We’re looking for a Facilities Helpdesk Advisor to help coordinate the maintenance, equipment and facilities support that keeps our premises safe, compliant and well maintained.
You’ll be a central point of contact for colleagues, contractors and service providers—turning requests into action, keeping people informed and making sure issues are progressed efficiently.
This is an opportunity to bring organisation, judgement and excellent customer service to a role that supports people across Change Grow Live every day.
Why this opportunity?
This is more than managing a helpdesk.
It’s about creating the environments our colleagues, volunteers and people using our services need to feel safe and supported.
You’ll work closely with the Facilities Management Team, responding to maintenance enquiries, coordinating contractors and maintaining accurate property and compliance records.
From supporting new premises and service relocations to resolving day-to-day maintenance issues, you’ll help ensure our facilities service remains responsive, reliable and focused on what matters.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll:
- Respond to enquiries received through the Facilities Helpdesk and act as the first point of contact for maintenance-related queries.
- Log, monitor and progress requests through our property management systems.
- Coordinate contractors and service providers, arranging site attendance where required.
- Support the opening, relocation and closure of Change Grow Live premises.
- Help services purchase appropriate equipment and facilities-related services.
- Maintain accurate records across our premises, regional accounts and statutory health and safety requirements.
- Attend facilities meetings and provide clear updates to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Support the wider Facilities Management Team and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
