Harris Hill is delighted to be recruiting for a Facilities & IT Support Officer on behalf of a well-established charity. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the smooth running of the organisation's office, ensuring colleagues have a safe, efficient and well-maintained working environment while providing first-line IT support.
Location: Farringdon Monday-Thursday. WFH – Fridays.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office facilities and liaise with suppliers and contractors.
- Provide first-line IT support and coordinate with external IT providers.
- Support health & safety, office compliance and workplace wellbeing.
- Set up IT equipment and accounts for new starters and leavers.
- Maintain office equipment, meeting rooms and workplace resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and office efficiency.

About you
You'll bring:
- Experience in facilities, office management or IT support.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good Microsoft 365 and general IT knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with great attention to detail.
