Facilities & Maintenance Assistant | £15 per hour | Gatwick
Are you practical, organised and enjoy keeping things running smoothly? Looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real impact every day?
White Label Cocktails is looking for a reliable Facilities & Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Gatwick. Working alongside the Service Engineer, you’ll help keep our sites safe, compliant and operating efficiently by supporting maintenance, repairs and general facility operations.
The Role
You’ll support the day-to-day upkeep of our sites, helping with maintenance tasks, repairs and keeping everything organised.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with general facility operations, site safety and building upkeep
- Support repairs, maintenance, painting and decorating tasks
- Help coordinate contractors, suppliers and maintenance activities
- Monitor inspections, work orders and outstanding tasks
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
- Support engineering projects and basic fault-finding
- Monitor equipment, supplies and facility requirements
- Follow site safety, quality and food safety procedures

About You
You’ll be a practical and dependable team player with a hands-on approach. You should have:
- Experience with general maintenance, mechanical repairs, basic electrical work, plumbing or similar
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Good organisation and record-keeping skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

What We Offer
