This is an onsite 1st shift opportunity in Nashville, TN.
Role Overview
Join us as a Maintenance & Facilities Technician to support our Nashville, TN division. In this role, you are responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities. You will perform electrical, painting, and/or carpentry repairs of fixtures and equipment on company premises and conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general building infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues quickly to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient work environment.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify maintenance needs and support compliance with safety standards.
- Support facility improvement projects, renovations, and workspace modifications, including the installation and relocation of equipment and furnishings.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to complete specialized repairs and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inventory levels, and documentation to support efficient facility operations.
- Promote a culture of safety by following established procedures and helping maintain a clean and organized workplace.
- Support the EH&S team with facility-related initiatives and compliance activities.
- Audits and manages the cleanliness of assigned facilities including office spaces, build floors, and facility exteriors and assists with the supervision of custodial venders at assigned facilities including audits of performance.

What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5+ years of facilities maintenance, building maintenance, building trades, and/or machine maintenance experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and a commitment to safe work practices.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with employees, contractors, and vendors.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking, recordkeeping, and communication.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required.
