Your work will span everything from analysing detailed financial and technical information to reviewing contracts and helping design and implement future FM service strategies.

Whilst your primary focus shall be AFM Advisory, you shall also support other service offerings as the need arises.

Core skills

We are looking for an individual with:

• An interest in ensuring that health, education and other public services are well delivered and provide value for money.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills, with a competent understanding of I.T. software, predominantly MS programmes (Excel, Word etc.) or equivalent.
• The ability to work independently and proactively to solve problems, communicate issues and resolve conflict.
• The role also requires competency across core skills including Communication, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Leadership, Analytical ability, and Sector Knowledge (PPP/PFI, FM, etc.).

Salary and benefits

Salary: £28,000 - £45,000 per annum + pension.
