Role Overview
Join our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team for a summer internship, where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting operational excellence, contract alignment, and performance tracking across our facilities portfolio. This role is ideal for students interested in facilities management, operations, or business administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tracking schedules and status updates for ongoing IFM actions and projects
- Support preparation and review of regular performance reports and contract renewals
- Participate in biweekly team meetings, contributing to agenda items and action tracking
- Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives
- Help document decisions and maintain records for IFM contracts and projects
- Shadow experienced team members to learn about vendor management, compliance, and operational best practices

Basic Qualifications
- Right to work in UK - We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Interest in facilities management and operational excellence
