Facility Manager
Montrose, Angus, Scotland | Full Time

We're looking for a Facility Manager to lead the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management services at the GSK Montrose pharmaceutical manufacturing site. You'll play a critical role in ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations across a complex and highly regulated environment while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead all facilities management operations across the site, ensuring safe, reliable and compliant service delivery.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering engineering, technical, laboratory support, cleaning, grounds maintenance, security, waste and workplace services.
- Drive compliance with GMP, GxP, health and safety, environmental and regulatory requirements, supporting audits, inspections and quality initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with GSK stakeholders, providing clear performance reporting and delivering continuous improvement across services.
- Manage budgets, contract performance, asset reliability and operational excellence to achieve contractual KPIs and business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrable Facilities Management leadership experience within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences or similarly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of GMP, GxP, quality management systems, statutory compliance and contractor management.
- Experience managing both technical and soft FM services, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience leading high-performing operational teams and specialist service providers.
- Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and contract performance.
- A proactive approach to health, safety and environmental leadership.
- The ability to drive continuous improvement, operational resilience and customer satisfaction.
- Degree-level qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related discipline, IWFM, Lean Six Sigma or Lead Auditor qualifications would be advantageous.
