Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of facilities as well as building compliance within the public facing Blagdon venues including YVHQ, The Garden Café, The New Inn, Rural Stays and YVHQ Serviced Offices. They will lead and improve standards, implement systems and manage a high performing team of eight including housekeeping, maintenance and reception.

Hours: This is a 40 hour per week position, based at our Head Office in the village of Blagdon.

Salary: £45,000

We’re Looking For Someone To Support The Operations Manager In Delivering Building Compliance And Maintaining Health And Safety Standards. You Should Be Confident That You Can Demonstrate The Following

  • Positive, can-do attitude - A true reflection of Yeo’s upbeat, down-to-earth personality.
  • Proven experience - As a Facilities Manager or a similar role
  • Organised and proactive - Able to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and creative requests with ease.
  • Strong problem solving - be able to support reactive and proactive maintenance
  • Brand & visual identity - Confident interpreting and applying brand guidelines to keep everything looking and feeling distinctly Yeo.
  • Detail obsessed - You’ve got a great eye for what looks good and what feels right.
  • Team player - Collaborative, friendly, and happy rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
  • Passion - Be passionate about food, farming and sustainability with an enthusiasm to create work that reflects Yeo Valley values.
