Facilities Manager | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Westminster, London | ISS UK | DWP Account
ISS is recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, delivering integrated facilities management services across the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) account in Westminster, London.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a high-profile public sector contract, taking ownership of operational performance while building strong client relationships and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, compliance, and service excellence are consistently achieved.
- Build trusted relationships with DWP stakeholders, acting as the key operational contact and driving a collaborative partnership.
- Lead, coach, and develop onsite teams, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage contract budgets, financial performance, cost control, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance service delivery.
- Champion Health & Safety, statutory compliance, and operational best practice across the contract.

We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing integrated Facilities Management services within a complex environment.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, contract performance, and service delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
- A solid understanding of Health & Safety, compliance, and operational governance.
- A customer-focused, commercially minded approach with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
