Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a permanent opportunity within an established secondary school?
TLTP Education is currently working with a well-established secondary school in South East London who are looking to appoint a Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the school site.
The school provides a positive and well-structured environment for students and staff, with a strong focus on maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed site.

The Successful Facilities Manager Will
- Have previous experience in facilities, premises, or estates management
- Ideally have experience working within a school or education setting
- Be organized and able to manage the day-to-day running of a busy site
- Have experience managing contractors and external suppliers
- Have a good understanding of health and safety and site compliance
- Be proactive, practical, and confident dealing with maintenance issues
- Have strong communication and organizational skills
