Facilities Manager
Location: Blackfriars, London
Salary: £50,000–£60,000
A London law firm is looking for a Facilities Manager with strong facilities and operational management experience to lead its workplace services team of seven.
You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office, making sure services are reliable, issues are resolved quickly, and colleagues have the support they need. The remit includes mail and logistics, printing and reprographics, records management, floor support, health and safety, and coordination with property service providers.

We’re looking for someone who has managed both people and workplace operations. You’ll need to be comfortable improving processes, handling competing priorities, and getting directly involved when the team needs support. Experience in a law firm or another professional services environment would be valuable.
